New Jerseyans know better than to pump their own gas. Too bad the rest of the world isn't more like New Jersey. Debbie Luna, 52, died Wednesday at St. Mary’s of Michigan hospital, where doctors were treating her for a head injury that occurred when a car crashed into a gas pump, knocking it off its stand and into Luna as she refueled her own vehicle, Crawford County Sheriff Kirk A. Wakefield has said.
